Return Policy and Refund

RETURN INFORMATION

If one of the items you ordered does not appeal to you or do not fit, you can simply send it back to us within the 14-day cancellation period.

 

As a customer  without  a  customer account:

  1.   You can request your free DHL returns label by sending an email to wenchis@126.com, stating your order number
  2.   You will receive the DHL return label by email and can print it out or have it printed in the DHL Paketshop using the QR code attached
  3. Please fill out the return form on the back of the invoice

 

As a customer with a customer account:

  1. Log in to your customer account
  2. Select your order under "Order History".
  3. Click on "Return item" for the item you want to return
  4. Select the "reason for return" and check the amount to be returned
  5. Click on "Save"
  6. You will now receive an e-mail confirming your cancellation with our return slip attached. You can print this out and include it in your package
  7. You will also receive the free DHL return label by email and you can print it out or have it printed in the DHL Paketshop using the QR code attached
  8. Alternatively, you can also fill out the return form on the back of the invoice

If you don't have a printer to print out your return label, no problem. You will also receive a QR code by email. Show the QR code on your smartphone in a branch, a parcel shop, a Packstation, or your DHL parcel deliverer. DHL will print the label for you.

Refunds

Once your return has been received by our brand or partner boutique, it can take up to 6 calendar days to process. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, excluding any delivery costs. Refunds can take up to 14 days to show in your account, depending on your payment provider.

To track the return of your package, use the Waybill Number from the Waybill Doc included in your order. Or check the status of your return by going to Orders & Returns in your account.

 

To claim your refund, you'll need to email wenchis@126.com with the following information:

  • Full Name
  • order number 

Once you've provided the requested information, your refund will be processed 

 

Faulty items

If you receive an item in a flawed or damaged condition, or if it doesn’t quite match the description on our website, Contact us by email :wenchis@126.com

We'll arrange a return and process a full refund for the faulty item.
